Douglas from the assembly is turquoise and has curly hair from the song "Hair" but it's dark blue. He has an orange hairband, and green shoes with blue laces. He leads Jogging where he is backed up by the "Loud" band.  He is voiced by Dave Goelz (in the episode jogging) and Gord Whiml (when he says big block singsong and when he makes a cameo in ABCs).
